I enjoy Ethiopian coffees mostly because they are almost chameleon in an almost daily change in taste. This Aricha is like that. Not weak, but not bold, this coffee is just different. I never taste the notes, I just decide if I like it. And this one I like.

I was a union blend drinker but became harder to find it in the stores. I found this coffee by luck during one of my visits to the store to purchase Union blend. From that day on, I switched to this. It has a smooth taste with hints of chocolate. It is great black or with creamer. Still dialing in for espresso, wonât give up.
