As such, we have created this Privacy Policy to let you know how Press Coffee collects, uses and safeguards the information that is collected on the Site and the Mobile App . This Privacy Policy works in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions but does not modify or supersede them.

Data Deletion Requests
At any time, you have the right to request that we delete information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain limitations.
Data deletion requests should be submitted by email to info@presscoffee.com. Data deletion requests will generally be responded to within 2 business days. Deletion of your data may impact your guest experience in-store and online such as permanently removing access to your customer account and historical data including purchase history and earned reward points from the Site or the Mobile App. These examples of how a data deletion request may impact you should not be considered an exhaustive list of ways in which your in-store and online experience may be impacted proceeding the deletion of your data. Press Coffee does not retain, at any point, your credit, debit, or banking information on the Site or in its Mobile App.
Do Not Sell My Personal Information Disclaimer
Press Coffee only uses your retained data in good faith to improve its features, services, for use in interest-based advertising and special offers, and to improve your overall user experience in-store and online. Press Coffee does not sell your personal information to any third party services. As such, Press Coffee does not offer an official opt-out from the sale of personal information because Press Coffee does not engage in the sale of personal information. Press Coffee may share personal information such as your name and email address with other vendors or third party services for a variety of reasons. However, we do not share personal information with the purpose of receiving compensation for that information.
Press Coffee Collection of Your Information
In the course of using the Site and the Mobile App, Press Coffee will ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, and other registration information. For the purpose of completing a purchase, Press Coffee will collect financial account information such as a credit card number and other payment information. At the conclusion of completing a purchase, Press Coffee does not retain your credit, debit, or banking information on the Site or in its Mobile App.
Press Coffee may also collect information about you such as: if you create an account – your username, password, your city of birth, your birthday and mobile phone number. If you buy goods at our retail stores or through our programs or otherwise – what you buy, where you buy, how frequently you buy and rewards you earn. Press Coffee also may collect certain non-personally identifiable information when you visit many of our web pages such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, Safari), the type of operating system you are using, (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., ATT, Time Warner, COX Communications, Yahoo), Internet protocol (IP) address, aggregate data about the number of visits to the site and/or aggregate data about the pages visited. If you take a survey or interact with us in various other ways – Press Coffee may collect and retain demographics information and information about subjects that may interest you.
How Press Coffee Uses the Information
Press Coffee uses the non-personally identifiable information (“Aggregate Data”) to improve the design and content of the Site and the Mobile App. Press Coffee may use the Aggregate Data to analyze site usage as well as create products and services to fit your needs. Also, Press Coffee may share this Aggregate Data with Press Coffee sponsors, advertisers and other third-party vendors. Press Coffee shall own such Aggregate Data and maintain copies of such as part of its records.

Press Coffee may also share information with companies that provide support to us (such as credit card processors, mailing houses or website hosts) and that help us market and sell our products and services (such as email vendors). These companies may use information about you to perform their functions on our behalf.
Press Coffee may use the Personal Information that it collects to offer you other products or services that Press Coffee believes may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive any such information or to allow Press Coffee the right to use your Personal Information as described in this paragraph, please contact Press Coffee in the manner identified in the “Opt-Out” section below. The Aggregate Information and Personal Information may be transferred, distributed or sold as part of Press Coffee or its assets.

Upon receipt and processing of an “opt out” request, Press Coffee will respond within 2 business days confirming the removal of your information from any future marketing communications. Press Coffee takes reasonable steps to safeguard your purchases on the Site and the Mobile App. Our Site and Mobile App has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. Nevertheless, such security measures may not prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of information on the Site and Mobile App, and Press Coffee and its third party licensors are not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to any such security failures.
