When will my subscription coffee ship?
We fresh roast and ship subscription coffees Monday - Friday. Generally, your subscription coffee will ship within 1-2 business days of its roast date at each weekly or monthly interval you select when you create your coffee subscription.
How often does your Roaster's Choice coffee rotate?
We rotate our Roaster's Choice coffees approximately every two weeks based on green coffee availability and seasonal harvest.
May I cancel or modify my subscription at any time?
Yes, absolutely. Our coffee subscriptions are not contract-based and may be modified or cancelled at any time. Additionally, you may also update your payment method, change your shipping address, skip shipments, and more from your subscription dashboard.
