ABOUT OUR VOLCáN VALLEY FARM

RESERVE COFFEES RELEASED QUARTERLY
Our Reserve program is a result of years of planting and cultivating coffee trees in some of the world's most unique locations within our larger farm.
These areas are difficult to farm but create coffees like none other. Not unlike wine production, each harvest is influenced by a myriad of factors. Each batch will have a distinct flavor profile shaped by soil, weather and other natural variables. These variables ensure no two harvests are alike.

ABOUT PRESS ESTATE
The acquisition of our Volcan Valley farm in 2024 has been a dream come true. Situated in the forested highlands of Western Panama, this region is renowned for its unique terroir and high elevations producing some of the worlds most distinctive coffees.
The farm benefits from superior soils resulting from the last seven volcanic eruptions on the western side of the Baru volcano. The estate spans 70-hectares and elevations range from 1,800 to 2,300 meters above sea level. This unique geography offers fertile soils and a microclimate ideal for cultivating exceptional coffee beans. With panoramic views of Baru and optimal conditions for coffee cultivation we feel this farm exemplifies the best of Panamanian coffee.
WHY DID WE ACQUIRE A FARM?
Since the beginning, we have always strived to never compromise on quality. From the experiences at our cafes to our roasting and production equipment, we have trusted choosing quality over efficiency. We took the same approach in our search for this property. It was a test of patience; however, the search for just the right farm was well worth the wait. Quality starts in the land and we have been fortunate enough to have found this one of a kind farm.
