I signed us up for the Roaster's Choice Single Origin subscription option and my first three bags of coffee beans where this Ecuador roast. I brew at home with a pour over and this was a very good coffee. Not bitter at all, very smooth and enjoyable...I sometimes brewed three cups per day! Would recommend.
Tasted Cinnamon and blended that with my monthly special order for a mellow pleasant taste. Great aroma.
This is a robust decaf. Delicious from first sip to last.
I have tried many brands and blends and I always return to the single-source Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. It is smooth, chocolaty and an established part of out morning ritual.
